The short version of what you can expect from AskAistro, and what we ask of you. These terms cover the website and the mobile apps.
What this is
AskAistro calculates a sidereal birth chart and answers questions about it, drawing on classical texts. It is offered for reflection and interest.
Not professional advice
Nothing here is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. A reading is not a diagnosis, a prognosis or a recommendation. For anything affecting your health, your money or your safety, speak to someone qualified in that field, and please do not delay doing so because of something you read here.
If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line. This service cannot help with that.
Using it
- Use it lawfully.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, or to reach another person's account or readings.
- Do not automate requests against it beyond ordinary use. Requests are rate limited, and accounts used to circumvent those limits may be suspended.
- Enter birth details that are your own, or that you have permission to enter.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account. You may delete it at any time, which erases your birth details, charts and readings.
What we do not promise
The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, or that any reading is accurate or fit for a particular purpose. We may change or withdraw features.
Ending it
You may stop using AskAistro at any time. We may suspend an account being used to harm the service or another person.
Changes
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes with them.
